The Shadow of the Île de Ré

Growing up on France’s Île de Ré, sisters Scarlette and Margot went boating together and baked together for family and friends before deciding to start a business dedicated to passing on their love of pastry. Luckily for us, they’ve brought their mission to encourage people to bake to Paris, with cafés and boutiques selling their baking mixes on the rue des Martyrs, rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, at the BHV Marais department store and at the Parly 2 shopping mall in Le Chesnay near Versailles.

The influence of the Île de Ré is embodied in the healthy, natural and simple spirit of their locations, which highlight the quality ingredients and inherent indulgence of their baking products.
