Saguez & Partners has completely redesigned the posture and service experience to accompany passengers on their journey through the 322 metro and RER stations: accessibility, cleanliness, maintenance, information, relations with agents, convenience and pleasure shops, little daily touches, artistic gestures... follow Hector (worthy grandson of Serge the Rabbit).

From a transport brand to a service brand
Saguez & Partners was commissioned to reveal the full range of services offered by RATP through a new brand posture. Becoming a service brand means embodying RATP’s commitment to its users: making its services visible and legible by simplifying its visual identity and improving its interactions on the network.
RATP is at the heart of daily life and urban travel. With Saguez & Partners, it is completely rethinking the passenger service journey in its 322 metro and RER stations: accessibility, cleanliness, information, shops, and even artistic initiatives. These actions are embodied by Hector, the RATP mascot, and an agile graphic system that engages through color, reassures through clear messages and inspires trust.
This redesign marks a major turning point for RATP, not only as a key player in the city, but also as a pioneer of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), offering an integrated, modern and user-friendly experience.
