We designed and built our Manufacture Design, a unique place conceived to innovate, think, and work differently. Our 120 employees are committed every day to designing and crafting the design of tomorrow, integrating the challenges of sustainable development and new societal expectations.

At the heart of the Docks de Saint-Ouen, we have transformed a former Alstom industrial hall dating from 1922, to create our Manufacture Design, covering almost 5,000 m². This eco-district covers a third of the city and represents a real territory for participative experimentation. Here, we observe, reflect on and imagine new ways of living in the city: innovative neighborhoods, rethought mobility, new lifestyles and consumer habits, while integrating sustainable and responsible uses.

Part campus, part workshop, part laboratory, part coworking space, part café, part hotel.

HQE® and BREEAM “Very Good” certified, our building incorporates an innovative system for sorting waste using vacuum extractors, converted into energy by the Compagnie Parisienne du Chauffage Urbain. With no air-conditioning, we rely on natural cooling ventilation. The materials used, such as CLT® (Cross Laminated Timber), Moso® bamboo flooring and EGE carpeting, were selected for their ecological performance: low carbon footprint, optimal insulation and durability.

Beyond the building, we adopt responsible practices: shared parking, waste sorting and recycling, sustainable mobility package, clothing and toy collection for associations in Saint-Ouen. What’s more, 30% of our training budget is devoted to sustainable development. These initiatives embody our culture and our commitment to a future that respects all living things.

In 2024, Saguez & Partners was awarded the EcoVadis bronze medal.

We offer a wide range of services and spaces designed to simplify daily life and support the well-being of our teams and visitors : tea lounges, a concierge service, click & collect, a pop-up exhibition space, two fitness rooms with showers and changing facilities, a photo studio, a nursing room, and over 1,000 m² of gardens and terraces, perfect for breathing, relaxing, and finding inspiration.

Every morning until 9:30 a.m., breakfast is offered to all employees. At lunchtime, three options are available: the Comptoir counter, a connected fridge, or Click & Collect, each offering fresh, seasonal menus.

The space also includes flexible areas such as a workshop room and a materials library, as well as work and collaboration zones: alcoves, fully equipped meeting rooms, and focus pods, all connected and designed for productive exchanges.
