Interior design inspired by travel and mixology

The interior architecture plays with volumes and heights to punctuate the experience. The solid oak parquet floor is reminiscent of the aging barrels used to make fine wines, while the copper used throughout the furniture evokes the art of distillation. Two 15-meter monumental bars structure the exchanges between the public and the bartenders, true masters of ceremony of mixology. As night falls, sheer curtains create a bewitching atmosphere, evoking the evening mist, while the trunk-like counters close. The store closes... and the bars come alive with music!

An acoustic canopy of greenery

A veritable canopy unfurls from the ceiling. Look closely! The foliage hides the ingredients that make up most of the drinks on offer. Its large, thick leaves seem to descend from the ceiling to create movement. With a surface area of 450 square meters, its height varies according to the space, but it’s not just for the graphic effect. Above all, it’s a sound trap made up of three 20 cm-thick layers, tailored to measure and dressed in printed fabrics. This canopy plunges visitors into a hushed atmosphere, conducive to discovery and tasting. At the end of the course, it blooms and blossoms into a colorful, vibrant and inspiring MasterClass space.

Experiences, discoveries, emotions and even the unexpected. A store like no other.

Four spaces, four atmospheres

High Energy: an experiential bar where bartenders offer spectacular performances.

Low Energy: a boutique area with over 1,200 references of wines, champagnes and spirits.

MasterClass: a space dedicated to training courses and private events.

The Terrace: a green oasis beneath Haussmann-style arcades.

Faced with the rationality of the internet, only a physical space can create links, relationships and the unexpected. Drinks&Co offers multiple experiences in a single location: testing, tasting, learning, celebrating, refueling and sipping a cocktail, with or without alcohol.

A word from Olivier Saguez

“To have an aperitif is to escape for a moment, to take a sensory journey. Whether on a terrace, by the water or in the tropics, it’s a moment of sharing and conviviality. We’ve transposed this idea of escape to the heart of Paris. Under a canopy of oversized foliage, the essential ingredients of the drinks on offer are hidden: aniseed, fennel, liquorice, wheat, citrus, spices... A universe that invites you to explore the world and its flavors.”
