Open the door of the Ritz Bar Paris and plunge into the refined world of the legendary hotelier César Ritz’s famous parties. This intimate venue pays homage to the art of entertaining, where mixology is transformed into a veritable show. A dreamlike, sensory experience, where each exceptional cocktail and liqueur invites you to experience a unique and unforgettable moment.
4pm, the bar is still closed
5pm, nice, the bar opens
The counter in the center is adorned with an oversized lantern measuring over 3 meters in diameter. Every evening at 5.30pm, the space comes alive with light and sound. The bar is transformed by the raising of the impressive luminous brass bell. Like a machine out of a Jules Vernes novel, the twelve constellations of the Zodiac, chiseled from gilded metal, illuminate the ceiling and lend the space a mystical atmosphere. Spectacular! The menu also features the stars, effigies of the twelve cocktails created by the best bartender in the world, Colin Peter Field.
Acoustic and luminous interlude
Large curtains, carpets, brass and amber velvet furniture give the space a double advantage. The materials have high acoustic qualities and act as supports for the lantern’s chimerical projections. On the counter and coffee tables, illustrated menus and accessories reveal a graphic identity that echoes the central fresco.
