A reinterpretation of heritage and modernity

Saguez & Partners captured the spirit of the district and reinterpreted it at the heart of the workspaces. A rhythmic sequence of individual offices and meeting rooms like the circulations of Parisian alleyways, curved glass partitions in reference to the shops on Avenue de l’Opéra, mounted on spandrels in the image of the shop windows of the period... Of course, with a privileged location like this, it was necessary to open the windows and the unobstructed views over the district, the Opéra and the rooftops of Paris.

Under the roofs of Paris

The Café Capucines, a convivial space on the top floor under the rafters, was conceived in an “out-of-office” spirit. A space dedicated to disconnection. All the Parisian codes have been reinterpreted in a contemporary way, for an intimate experience under the roofs of Paris, thanks to the lighting, the choice of furniture, and a very high level of comfort and acoustics.
