A New Vision of Hospitality
The days when a hotel’s offering stopped at the guest room are long gone. Today, the criteria for choosing a hotel are far more diverse. “Home is at the hotel, the hotel is at the office, and the office is at home.” Coworking areas, dining spaces, retail, and leisure are now essential parts of the modern hotel experience. A clear example: the Novotel Gare de Lyon project designed for the Accor Group.

Changing Without Demolishing
With a frugal approach, Saguez & Dash reimagined the brutalist architecture of the building, giving it the character of a Parisian loft–atelier. At its heart, a vast concrete atrium adorned with a wire-art mural enhances the hotel’s raw and distinctive identity.
The ground floor was redesigned as a multifunctional and welcoming urban hub: restaurant, café, bar, swimming pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, kids' recreation area… all open to the city. Warm tones, expressive graphic codes, and lush vegetation create a vibrant harmony throughout the space.
