A new way of living and working

Exceptional Parisian offices. Ten years after first designing their offices opposite Parc Monceau, Saguez & Partners and Hauteur Libre reunited to support the Eurazeo Group in writing a new chapter at 64-66 rue Pierre Charron.

This new tailor-made space reimagines the way we work and host, blending efficiency with a refined sense of workplace living. Curtain up on this bespoke environment, where modern office practices meet hospitality, art, and even poetry.

Revealing a new art of working

A Parisian story. Set within a beautifully renovated Haussmannian building by architecture firm DTACC, Parisian heritage meets the comfort and elegance of hospitality-inspired design.

Spread across seven floors, four are devoted to office space designed as a dynamic, ergonomic, and efficient environment: thermal and acoustic comfort, natural light, diverse uses, multiple flows, and hybrid materials. Each floor supports a range of working rhythms, balancing focus and solo work with spaces that foster collaboration and collective energy.

The deconstructed open space. Say goodbye to long rows of identical desks. Here, open spaces are arranged into smaller clusters of 4 to 6 workstations, encouraging varied postures and relational dynamics. It’s a fully bespoke layout, designed to match the specific ways Eurazeo teams work.

Each floor has a central hub,an open-plan lobby with a café, custom-built focus booths, a lounge, and adjacent meeting rooms, serving as the heart of the workspace.

Art at work?

An office is a place for dialogue, collaboration, and stimulation, but that all begins with the essentials: comfort, efficiency, and ergonomics. A workplace should make people feel good, encourage creativity and innovation, and inspire them to go further. That’s where art plays a powerful role.

Art adds emotional depth to the environment, offering more than just beauty, it opens a window to other worlds, sparking reflection, escape, and inspiration.

For Eurazeo, the agency worked closely with a curator to stage the group’s collection. The works shape the space, evoke emotion, invite new perspectives and in the workday routine, that’s essential.

The Wellness Space. In the basement, a full wellness area offers access to a gym, locker rooms, a travel lounge, and a media studio.

The Art Gallery. Open year-round for exhibitions and cultural events, the gallery doubles as an exchange space when not in use, thanks to its flexible tiered seating.
