Hotel boutique and maxi graphics
Saguez & Partners has rehabilitated the common areas of an office building designed in 2004 by Jean-Paul Viguier Architecture, located at 111 avenue de France, Paris 13ᵉ. With a “Hub Hotel Services” spirit, the project breathes new life into this location with bold interior design and maxi graphics. Le Hub services, niché sous les toits, offers an innovative and welcoming space, where conviviality and functionality meet.

Changing a place quickly and well!
Located in Paris’s 13th arrondissement on the banks of the Seine, this district is awakening and revealing itself, lively and gourmet, cultural and artistic. Avant-garde facades compete with over 160 works of street art. Faced with new ways of working, Axa IM wishes to offer more attractive services to its future tenants to better work, exchange, co-create or even relax. The aim is to create collaborative spaces in a “boutique hotel” style, in particular by adding a duplex coworking space on the top two floors.

Maxi graphics, Memphis inspiration
The building named “Memphis” is influenced by the extravagance and geometry of the 80s art movement. Each space features a unique color, shape and pattern, combining polka dots, stripes and other stylistic details. The graphic designers at Saguez & Partners have created a unique graphic design that accompanies users throughout their journey.
From the entrance hall to the landings on each floor, including the coworking space at the top of the building, the atmosphere is characterized by soft, muted colors for a positive impact on employee well-being. Geometric and asymmetrical illustrations make a lasting impression. Even outside the building, an ultra-dimensional fresco on the roof of the neighboring building was created in the same artistic style to reinforce the location’s visual identity.
