How to reinvent the office and attract talent?
Gone are the days of the "giant open space." Spaces are organized into small units that promote privacy and focus. Custom-designed desks with rounded, organic shapes break away from the rigid lines of traditional furniture. Partition screens and bookshelves structure the areas while filtering sightlines.
“The workspace must adapt to the needs and emotions of those who inhabit it.” Jean-Philippe Cordina
Spaces aren’t static; they adapt to users’ needs and moods, an approach Saguez & Partners calls "Design by Moods." Choosing a space based on your mindset and need for interaction: being part of a team while staying focused, working solo but open to collaboration, effectively cooperating or isolating as needed.
Color is everywhere. Here, no white desks. Color sets the tone and supports the uses: soft hues for concentration and vibrant shades to stimulate interaction. Only the ceiling remains neutral, discreetly housing heating and ventilation.
"The employee is the company’s primary client. They seek service, attention, and respect. The office must offer more than just the comfort of home: services, ergonomics, and well-being." Pierre-Olivier Pigeot, Managing Director and Partner, Saguez & Partners
"The workspace should not be a fixed framework, but a living ecosystem that adapts to the needs and emotions of those who inhabit it." Jean-Philippe Cordina, Executive Creative Director and Partner, Saguez & Partners
Creative Studio on the 8th floor of 6 Rabelais: a flexible space for workshops with terrace access.
But also, an open space to create or unwind… with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop.
The site's history guided the design: the period painting on the ceiling of the Hôtel de la Vaupalière was reinterpreted as a graphic pattern integrated into the Creative Studio’s carpet and echoed in the frosted glass designs in the meeting rooms. In the boardroom, a large custom-made Corian table features built-in retractable video conferencing technology. The space elegantly combines heritage and innovation.
The Hub in the basement connects all three buildings and offers a shared space for meetings and socializing.
