“This project was created with a true retail mindset. We put ourselves in the eyes of the end customer, paying attention to every detail for each visitor. That’s the strength of a project designed not just for business, but to genuinely meet people’s needs” explains Lorraine Dieulot.
She adds:
“We needed differentiation markers so that we could recognize the brand’s DNA and start building a story that could unfold in other places.”
