Discussions around three key topics:

Theme 1: Designing new destinations for Generation Z
What does Gen Z expect from a retail space? Between shopping, socializing, well-being, and leisure, students reinvent destination formats that create meaning and connection. Discussions will build on student analyses of selected existing malls.

Theme 2: What kind of in-store experience for the digital-native Generation Z?
Gen Z is hyper-connected, seeking immediacy and personalization. What services, spaces, and experiences should tomorrow’s stores offer?

Theme 3: How do some brands build the perfect connection with Gen Z?
Some brands seem to speak Gen Z’s language: authenticity, values, creativity… What creates this unique emotional bond? Students will share their favorite brands and the deeper reasons behind their attachment.
