Change without changing everything?
To bring employees back to the office, it was necessary to recreate links, moments of encounters, exchanges and discoveries. The agency supported the group to redevelop its head office, without completely restructuring the building, giving priority to reuse and sustainable materials. At a time when there are more buildings to rehabilitate than to build, this approach seems obvious.
After 7 months of work on an occupied site, employees were able to move into new, brighter, more collaborative, more virtuous offices. Without completely restructuring the building, Saguez & Partners worked with Groupe URW to adapt their new head office to their employees’ needs. Acoustics, natural light, modularity of spaces... On the convivial side, “unplugging” spaces, herbal tea rooms on every floor and the iconic Adenauer café to meet, breathe and concentrate better. IT Store, gyms, click & collect, dry-cleaning... the grand hotel service invites itself into the office to make life easier for employees.
